Standing Order
A standing order stays in force until somebody cancels it. The war ended eleven years ago and nobody did, so every mech still out there is fighting a war that is already over — and yours is the one that never received the order in the first place.
Build a mech from four systems, walk ten chapters of foundries, and recover what a lost survey pilot recorded before she went quiet. One hundred and fifty missions, fifty opponents, twenty recordings.
